Allison Tivnon is a strategic advisor for AEC firms across the U.S. and an elected official serving as a City Councilor in Beaverton, Oregon. Building on 18 years of industry experience, Allison has worked with over 70 clients, ranging from small and mid-size to multi-region, international firms.

She has developed well over 500 proposals for architects, engineers, and construction companies ranging from progressive design-build to standard SOQs and everything in between.

Allison regularly mentors technical and marketing staff, and has conducted dozens of trainings, workshops, and strategic planning retreats. As of 2025, over 450 AEC professionals have benefitted from her engaging, collaborative approach to professional development.

A committed thought leader in our industry, Allison is a dedicated member of the Society for Professional Marketing Services. She has presented to over 20 SMPS chapters, multiple SMPS regional conferences, as a keynote panelist at SMPS Amplify, and has appeared in The Marketer.
